Annual Board Elections

It’s that time of year again when we elect members to the Club’s Board. Nominations can be sent to Dave Sywak. Please only nominate yourself or someone who has agreed to serve. Elected positions are:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer

If you don’t want to be an officer, you can participate in many other ways. For example, the Board appoints a webmaster to manage this site. And as many vice presidents as needed to manage Club activities. If you are interested in an appointed position please let Dave Sywak know.

Race Results

Several Mirage members participated in the Texas State Championships held in Fort Hood last month. Congratulations go out to:

• Rick Simcoe, 4^th place in the Men’s Open, Fort Hood Challenge
• Martha Parks, 2^nd place in the Women’s 55+, State Championship
• David Simcoe for staying with the lead group, Men’s 60+ State Championship until he suffered an ill timed flat and missed the podium
